Douglas Gould and Company is working with the Pennsylvania Department of Health to create a marketing campaign for the state's Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program. By the fall of 2009, the PA WIC program will be using several new collateral pieces that will include a new brochure, posters, radio and TV public service announcements (PSAs), and statewide billboards.
